Each client is:
1. Treated with courtesy, consideration and respect and is assured the right of privacy:
2. Assured confidential treatment of his/her medical and financial records as provided by law;
3. Free from mental and physical abuse, neglect, and property exploitation;
4. Assured the right to participate in the planning of the client’s home care, including the right to refuse services;
5. Served by individuals who are properly trained and competent to perform their duties;
6. Assured the right to voice grievances and complaints related to organizational services without fear of reprisal;
7. Advised, before care is initiated, of the extent to which payment for the home care organization services may be expected from federal or state program, and the extent to which payment may be required from the client;
8. Advised orally and in writing of any changes in fees for services that are the client’s responsibility. The home care organization shall advise the client of these changes as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date the home care organization became aware of the changes;
9. Provided with advance directive information prior to start of services; and
10. Given at least 5 days written notice when the organization determines to terminate services.

Skilled services (licensed Care Providers)
Skilled Nursing (RNs,LPNs)
Skilled nurses provide a variety of services including disease management, post-surgical care, and wound care. Our experienced case managers will coordinate and guide each patient's overall plan of care.
Physical Therapy
Our licensed physical therapists have a depth of experience in helping patients recover from fall injuries, joint replacement surgeries, and stroke related disabilities. Physical therapy services assist the patient in learning how to restore function by training on gait, use of cane, walker, wheelchair, artificial limb, energy conservation, and return to work status.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy services assist the patient in learning how to perform daily living skills such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting to help them return to their prior level of independence and mobility. We also conduct a fall risk assessment at the patient's home and make recommendations to improve patient safety.
Speech Therapy
Speech therapy services assist the patient in restoring language and communication skills to improve quality of life.
Medical Social Worker
Medical social workers consult with the patient regarding financial, social, and/or transportation problems and help establish long-term plans, crisis intervention, and counseling.
Private Duty Services
Personal Care
Assistance with bathing, dressing ,eating and toileting
Companionship
Conversation, reading a book, friendship, lifting of the spirits and stimulating mental abilities through enjoyment of shared activities
Respite Care
Providing temporary care for short term needs.
Live-in
Providing temporary care while the family is out of town, permanent 24-hour care, and overnight shifts
Lighthouse Keeping
Light housekeeping is meant to keep the home orderly through changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, handling laundry, watering plants, disposing of garbage, and more.
